Standard Rental Policies
The most important aspect of renting our home is to book as far in advance as possible to get your choice of dates. To hold your preferred dates, a deposit of $250 is due upon booking. Full payment is due 30 days before your arrival (45-60 days before a major holiday period).
Cancellations will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
The $250 will be held as a security/damage deposit and not applied towards your rental fees. After check out, the $250 will be returned to you within 15 business days (pending inspection of the property).
